Certificates of Commendation
Mayor John Zaragoza along with Councilman Bert Perello, Marvin Boos, & Michael Mercurio from Neighborhood Pride, presented Casa De Vida residents and staff with Certificates of Commendation in appreciation of the community service performed throughout the City of Oxnard.
